HEAD CHEF & CO-OWNER
Head chef Vince was born in the small country town of Alcamo, Sicily. He was trained at the Istituto Professionale di Stato (IPAS) and, after having completed his studies, decided to settle in Perth, Australia. Since arriving here, he has worked in leading Italian and international restaurants, including several years working in the International Club – La Rotisserie at the then Burswood Casino (Crown Casino). After deciding to open his own business with trusted friend and long-term colleague, Una Hosgood, Galileo Buona Cucina opened its doors in 2004.
